Technical Issues Exception We commit to ensuring you receive the product you paid for. If a technical failure on our end cannot be fixed, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

Consultations For "Private Session" services: once the analysis has been delivered or the consultation has taken place, no refunds will be issued.
